You work through the five videos at your own pace, reflecting how each video starts to show up in your body, expanding connections one practise at a time.

You can follow each video for five days. Or you can choose to alternate each day and follow along for a total of 25 days.

In 25 days your nervous system has renegotiated some holding patterns that you now don't need any longer because RiiVIVE in 5 introduces you an alternative option where your body has your back and your awareness focuses on support, strengths and clarity.

Each video is meant for self-reflection as you follow them along. Opening and Closing inquiry journaling will deepen each stage as you journey along.
